Presente trabajo inaugura el programa científico de estudio del aporte cultural iberoamericano al desarrollo de la civilización de los Estados Unidos de América. La investigación le las características civilizatorias de las diásporas latinoamericanas en los EEUU de hoy se realiza en varios aspectos. En el ejemplo de la minoría mexicano-americana se estudian sus rasgos socio-culturales a la luz de la historiografía contemporánea. Luego se analiza la situación social de la comunidad hispanoparlante: sus características demográficas, estratificación social, nivel educativo. Se examina actividad socio-política de la personalidad hispanoamericana en la perspectiva histórica. Todo esto permite comparar las características de la comunidad hispanoparlante de los EEUU у de la diáspora rusoparlante en el extranjero. Así se plantea el problema teórico del papel que desempeña la diáspora en el desarrollo de la civilización local у la perspectiva del surgimiento de una civilización universal multicultural del porvenir.

This work deals with the general scientific topic on the socio-cultural contribution of the Ibero-Americans into the evolution of the US civilization. The analyses of the principal civilizatorian features of the Latin-American communities in the life of the contemporary USA is done on the base of the present historiography and documentations.

The authors give an interesting analyses of the social situation of the Spanish-speaking migrants, their level of education etc. There is done also the deep examination of the social-political activities of the Spanish-American personalities in the history of the USA.

All these steps permit to do a comparison of the Spanish-speaking people in the USA and the Russian-speaking groups who now live out of Russia. So in general the book is a new intention to broad the theoretical analyses of the role played by different diasporas in the development of the local civilizations as well as in the formation of the future united universal and multicultural civilization.
