Гармонизация отношений стран BRICS
В статье анализируются макроэкономические структуры стран BRICS по состоянию на начало глобального кризиса 2008 г. по разработанным авторами методам фрактальной экономики и антропологической политэкономии. Выявлены важнейшие деформации в макроэкономических структурах этих государств. Авторами предложен проект создания единой интермодальной грузовой транспортной системы как средства для гармонизации отношений между странами BRICS.

Harmonization of BRICS nations relations
(from the standpoint of the Anthropological political economy)
Abstract. The article analyzes the macroeconomic framework of the BRICS at the beginning of the global crisis based on the methods of fractal economy and anthropological political economy developed by the authors. The most important macro-economic strains in the structures of these countries are revealed. As the means to harmonize relations between the BRICS authors proposed a project to create a single intermodal freight transportation system.

Аргентина: переход к «старой норме». Итоги президентских выборов 2015 г.
В статье анализируются результаты президентских выборов в Аргентине и причины поражения правящей коалиции Фронт за победу. Подводятся краткие итоги правления Нестора Киршнера и Кристины Фернандес де Киршнер. Автор рисует портрет президента Маурисио Макри и дает характеристику нового правительства, обозначает основные проблемы, стоящие перед страной в различных сферах. Очерчивается комплекс внешнеполитических задач и новые принципы формирования отношений с миром.

Argentina: the transition to the "old normal". The results of the presidential elections 2015
Abstract. The article analyzes the results of the presidential elections in Argentina and the causes of the defeat of the ruling coalition Front for victory, summarizes the brief results of the governments of N. and С. Kirchner. The author paints a portrait of President Mauricio Macri and gives the description of the new government, indicates the main problems and challenges facing the country in various fields. This article outlines the complex foreign policy tasks, and new guidelines for establishing relations with the world.

Особенности политики невмешательства в отношениях Кубы и Мексики в 1960-х годах
Принцип невмешательства играл важную роль в отношениях Кубы и Мексики в 1960-х годах, однако, не все государственные чиновники Мексики были готовы на практике выполнять данную установку. В сентябре 1969 г. правительство Кубы обвинило служащего мексиканского посольства в Гаване в шпионаже в пользу ЦРУ, но правительство Мексики отрицало свою причастность к инциденту, и взаимовыгодное сотрудничество продолжалось. В статье анализируется характер кубинско-мексиканских отношений в 1960-е годы, причины их охлаждения и особенности применения принципа невмешательства в случае с мексиканским дипломатом.

Special aspects of the non-intervention policy in the bilateral relations of Cuba and Mexico in the 1960s.
Abstract. The principle of non-intervention has played an important role in the bilateral relations of Cuba and Mexico in the 1960s, though not all of the Mexican officials were ready to practice this doctrine. In September 1969, the Government of Cuba accused the employee of the Mexican embassy in Havana of spying for the CIA, but the Mexican government didn’t admit its guilt. However both countries continued their mutually beneficial cooperation. This article analyzes the nature of the bilateral relations of Cuba and Mexico in the 1960s, the causes of the cooldown of relations and the special aspects of the application of the principle of non-intervention in case of the Mexican spy.

В статье рассматриваются некоторые аспекты творчества одного из самых своеобразных кинематографистов нашего времени — португальского режиссера Мигела Гомеса. Неординарность его художественного мышления преобразует особенности национальных традиций в оригинальные экспериментальные формы. Отличительной чертой его творческого метода стало сочетание стилистики игрового и документального жанров.

Abstract. The article discusses some aspects of the most peculiar filmmakers of our time — Portuguese film director Miguel Gomes. Рецензируемая книга посвящена анализу роли Латинской Америки в решении особо актуальной проблемы обеспечения мировой продовольственной безопасности. Авторы исследуют тенденции развития аграрного производства в ключевых латиноамериканских странах, показывают роль мультилатинас на глобальных рынках продовольствия. Специальное внимание уделено экспорту в Россию аграрной продукции Латинской Америки.
